The Village of Cogham

Cogham is a village that relies heavily on the nearby mines on Drackon Ridge for its income. Due to the presence of a clan of Ixi Raiders in the mountains that prey on the villagers, the people of Cogham often have to employ adventurers to clear out the mines. Cogham is now managed by Mayor Holodinin, successor to Mayor Jurgin. The mine the villagers have established is known as the Meriload Mine.

He loves his life, truly. Always working hard to provide for his family, and the village's firewood needs. He also is known to whittle, and forage in the forest for fine delicacies like truffles and morels.

The Post Office Worker

Loorelaii works at the post office, and is in charge of all mail that goes through the Cogham area. She often spreads the gossip she overhears in her daily rounds. She's most often seen toddling around delivering letters, trying to get everything done before the end of the day. Each night she trudges home to make a warm meal for herself and her precious granddaughter, Loeso.

Loeso lives with her grandmother. She attends the local school, and spends most of her free time playing with her toys outside. She and her grandmother's house is deep in the woods, and when she travels through the dark trees, she fears little because she wears a dark enchanted hooded cloak, and has earned the nickname of *Little Darkie*

Physical Description
A basic reason for descriptions is that readers like to know what characters look like. They want to be able to visualize as they’re going along.
