The Draik (a homophone of drake, an archaic word for a dragon) is a dragon-like Neopet, released on June 25, 2002. They appeared in Neopia as if they had come from another world - later discovered to be Meridell.
Draiks are curious Neopets that like to hunt, and like Scorchios they can breath fire and fly. They are popularly featured as guards, being seen guarding Meridell Castle during the Champions of Meridell plot and Altador and Brightvale during The Faeries' Ruin plot; despite only being around three feet tall.

My Flight of Dragons

The Hissi (from hiss, onomatopoeia for the noise a snake makes) is a snake-like Limited Edition Neopet released on 4 May 2005. It has wings, like an amphiptere or the Aztec serpent god Quetzalcoatl. They have acute vision and a keen sense of smell which makes them extremely good at games of hide and seek.
A limited number are available for creation every Hissi Day. An existing Neopet can be turned into a Hissi by a Transmogrification Potion, Morphing Potion or by certain zaps the Lab Ray. The Ice Hissi is reminiscent of the Snowager, and the Spotted Hissi is reminiscent of a real life snake like a Boa constrictor. In the Neopets Trading Card Game, they are associated with the element of darkness.

The Krawk (from the first syllable of crocodile) is a crocodile-like reptilian Neopet introduced on 10 January 2002. It is the rarest Neopet in Neopia - only a little over 2,500 have been created, although more exist as a result of other species being morphed or otherwise transformed into them. Krawks are created when a Krawk Petpet eats the fungus from Fungus Cave. They retain the colour they are painted as a Petpet when they transform.
In the Neopets Trading Card Game, they are associated with the element of Dark.

The Scorchio (from scorch, to burn) is a dragon-like Neopet, and one of the original species available from the sites launch on 15 November 1999. They prefer hot climates like volcanoes or deserts. Scorchios can fly and breathe fire - the Maraquan Scorchio can shoot lukewarm bubbles instead.
Their affinity for fire and hot weather leads to them being exceptionally resistant to fire attacks in the Battledome. They are also associated with fire in the Neopets Trading Card Game.

The Shoyru is a small dragon-like Neopet originally created by a user in a "Create-A-Pet" competition run on the site and then released on April 20, 2000. Since that time, their basic design has remained relatively unchanged. The Shoyru's original side profile had created the misconception that they only had a single eye. This was remedied slightly with the introduction of Neopets 2.0 in 2007.
Despite being draconic in appearance, Shoyrus do not have the ability to breathe fire unlike other dragon-inspired Neopets such as Draiks and Scorchios. They are however described as fiery in terms of their personality - being loyal to those that treat them kindly but never forgiving of those that don't.
Shoyrus are fantastic flyers that love to soar through the skies and play hide and seek in the clouds. They are generally friendly pets but do have a mischievous streak to them, especially during the full moon. Shoyrus are tough little Neopets that, with the proper training and care, have the potential to become great warriors.

The Skeith is a gargoyle- or dragon-like Neopet, and one of the original 14 when Neopets began on November 15, 1999. As one of the largest Neopets of Neopia, they are quite strong but also lazy, preferring to get smaller creatures to do things for them. As is the case with several myths about dragons (Fafnir or the dragon in Beowulf), Skeiths often hoard or guard treasure.
Skeiths are capable of eating anything, including furniture, Petpets, Petpetpets, codestones, dubloons and Paint Brushes, an ability which only Skeiths and Grarrls have.

This category includes colour and species combinations that appear draconic, although their typical kind are not.
It is entirely subjective and my opinion. And I will list those you can see below regardless if their character is draconic or not.

Western vs. Eastern Dragons: The Western dragon is four-legged and winged and is commonly found on crests and shields. Western dragons are usually portrayed as more aggressive, fiercer and warlike than their Eastern counterparts and, in the Western tradition, are said to prey upon maidens and children. Their virtues of keen sight, power and fearsomeness made the Western dragon a popular symbol among the wealthy and powerful of Medieval times.

Eastern
Chinese Dragons:
Legend holds that when Buddha summoned all the world's animals, only twelve animals arrived after a long journey. These twelve animals became the Chinese Zodiac and include the great dragon. Chinese dragons are first recorded around 5,000 BCE and come in a variety of shapes and colors. However, most do not have wings until reaching about one thousand years old, when they would grow branch-like wings. There are nine major Chinese dragons, including the horned dragon, winged dragon, celestial dragon, dragon of hidden treasures, coiling dragon, yellow dragon, the dragon king, and others. Celestial dragons were a sign of ultimate power, and their sign was reserved exclusively for the Chinese emperor.

Japanese Dragons:
Japanese folklore states that Japan's emperors are the descendants of dragons. Japanese mythology refers to heavenly dragons who would guard the palace of the gods as well as earth dragons who determined the course of a river, or spiritual dragons who delivered rain. Sometimes Japanese dragons were linked to natural disasters, and floods and storms were attributed to dragons who were offended by mortals. Yet other dragons were known to be shape-shifters, assuming the form of man.

Vietnamese Dragons:
According to their creation mythology, the Vietnamese people are descended from a dragon and a fairy. The Vietnamese looked to the dragon to bring rain for agriculture and as a symbol of prosperity. A popular Vietnamese proverb is "R?ng d?n nhà tôm". This translates to "Dragon visits shrimp's house", a saying used by a host portraying himself as a humble shrimp and his guest as a noble dragon.

Filipino Dragons:
Ancient Filipino folklore describes a gigantic sea serpent, called Bakunawa (sometimes also spelled Bakonawa or Baconaua), who is the god of the underworld and the cause of eclipses. In ancient times, seven moons would light up the night sky. Attracted to their beauty, the Bakunawa would rise from the ocean and swallow the moons. To stop the eclipse, some Filipinos would bang pots and pans, while others played soothing instruments, to stop the "moon eater." Many ancient Filipino swords contain figures of the Bakunawa's head on the sword hilt.

Korean Dragons:
A well-known Korean tale describes a poor fisherman who caught a huge carp. When the carp begged to be set free, the fisherman agreed. He was later rewarded with great riches when he learned the carp was actually a son of the Dragon King. The water-borne theme in this Korean legend reflects the Koreans' view of dragons as benevolent beings who often resided in rivers, lakes and oceans.

Thai Dragons:
Similar to dragons in other Asian cultures, the Thai dragon represents magical or supernatural powers. The Thai dragon protects temples, brings forth water, and is associated with wisdom and longevity.

Bhutanese Dragons:
Druk" is the "Thunder Dragon" of Bhutanese mythology and a national symbol. The Bhutanese flag contains a prominent druk, holding jewels in its four claws to represent wealth. The national anthem of Bhutan, "Druk Tsendhen", translates into English as "The Kingdom of Druk".
Western
English Dragons:
The Legend of St. George (the Patron Saint of England) has several variations. The most famous involves St. George the dragon slayer. George was a Knight of England who traveled the world. During an expedition to Egypt, he learned of a dragon with mighty scales who had devoured almost every virgin woman in Egypt, except for the princess Sabra, daughter of King Ptolemy of Egypt. The King said that any knight who could slay the dragon would be allowed to marry his daughter. St. George slew the dragon once he discovered an unprotected, scaleless part of the dragon's body.

French Dragons:
The French legend of Tarasque describes a lake-dwelling serpent-dragon in the south of France who would emerge on occasion to eat a virgin. The terrified villagers asked St. Martha for help. St. Martha knew that Tarasque was a music-lover, so she began singing praises to God, and the enchanted Tarasque lay quietly at her feet. The townspeople then slayed the dragon.

Irish Dragons:
The folklore of Ireland includes many tales of serpents, who were considered both good and bad. Pre-Christian Ireland contained cross-like symbols often accompanied by serpents or dragons. With the arrival of Christianity and its view that serpents, snakes and dragons were somehow related to a great evil or to the devil, new tales arose of Saint Patrick driving out all the serpents and snakes from Ireland. Ollipeist, one of the most famous Irish dragons, was driven out by Saint Patrick, and the Dragon of Matz was evicted by Saint Clement.

Beastiary

Komodo dragon (Varanus komodoensis)

Up to 3m long and weighing as much as 70kg, they are the world's biggest lizards. They can't breathe fire, but they have venomous saliva that floods the wounds inflicted by their razor-sharp teeth.

Bearded dragon (Pogona vitticeps)

One of the few dragons that will allow you to keep it as a pet. These dragons puff out their throats to create an imposing ruff of spiked scales. This 'beard' also turns black during courtship, aggression and times of stress.

Dragonsnake (Xenodermus javanicus)

Its mythical name was inspired by its characteristic scales. Xenodermus means 'strange skin', and refers to the rows of knobbly black scales that run in raised ridges down the snake's body. Dragonsnakes commonly measure 60cm (2 feet), with females slightly larger than males. There is only one species of dragonsnake. Despite being discovered way back in 1836 and hunting on rice paddies, not much is known about dragonsnakes. They mostly hunt at night, for frogs.

Draco Lizard (Draco volans)

For the tiny Draco lizard, moving among the trees in the jungles of Southeast Asia is an essential task—for escaping danger, attracting mates, and finding meals. Scampering across the forest floor, where predators lurk, can be perilous. So over thousands of years, the Draco lizard has taken the ground out of the equation by adapting the capacity for flight. Males are highly territorial and will use their ability to glide to chase rivals from the two or three trees they claim as their own.

Black dragonfish (Idiacanthus atlanticus)

The black dragonfish looks like the grimmest of fairy-tale villains, with a long, black body and terrifying, fang-like teeth. It is a deep-sea fish, living as much as 2000m below the surface of the Atlantic Ocean, and is uniquely adapted to the darkness, cold and extreme pressure found at such depths. It eats marine invertebrates and fish. To lure them, the female dragonfish has a barbel: a thread-like organ that dangles from her chin, with a luminescent blue tip. Adult fish can be 48cm long, with oversized jaws that allow them to swallow huge prey items.

Blue Dragon (Glaucus atlanticus)

Also known as the bsea swallow or blue angel, this species of brightly colored sea slug (nudibranch), and can be found throughout the Atlantic, Pacific and Indian Oceans in temperate and tropical waters. The blue dragon’s favorite snack is the Portuguese Man O’ War (Physalia physalis), a venomous ocean drifter that resembles a jellyfish. Once ingested, it siphons off the Man O’ War’s stinging cells–called nematocysts–and concentrates them in its own finger-like appendages. It can amass a large number of these cells which makes it a greater threat to humans than the Man O’ War.

Using fear and intimidation, Draizurd recruited rebellious vagabonds to join the ranks of his growing army horde, dubbed the Drakes. The Drake's power and influence grew as they eventually outnumbered the innocent populacenear the Ice Wall.
As King of the Drakes, he was extremely powerful. Early in his life he took leadership of the ragtag group referred to as the Drakes away from Gashrok, in northern Tyrannia. The group grew and became organzied under Draizurd's leadership. Almost every village was taken under control and every resident of the villages near the Northern Ice Wall were either sold as a slave or conscripted into his army.

Draizurd's habit of incinerating Drake members that failed him in any matter would become a source of great unrest amongst his underlings... His righthand cast a spell that was meant to affect the enemy, but caused Draizurd to fall into a death-like sleep that halted his horde's progress in it's tracks.

Now a relic of times past, this monster has emerged from an accidental slumber. He was a scourge on the tribes of ancient times, and has begun spreading his illness again...
