Onsite

      On the site, I am a lurker. I don't come out of the shadows much. Charter chat is where I can usually be seen posting outside of my AC lending boards or my guild. I chase/lend avatars, participate in plots, battle bad guys in DoN and customise my web space with CSS.

In the past I have been an avid pet trader, a guild leader, a custom layout provider, and Neo-history buff. I honestly seem to lurk the boards, and work on my profile/petpages/pet profiles more than anything lately. I like collect several different things, as you can see in my assorted galleries

With all the this chatter about my Neo-life, it would not be completely accurate until I mentioned my pwnsome guild,   Avatarable  . This group of wonderfully awesome people that I am privileged enough to call my friends really make the site worth coming back to every day. I have them added to my real life profile, and talk to them an awful lot. They help me get back up on those days I get knocked down and I want them to know how much I love them for that unconditional support!

      I am an ADULT Neopian, I was introduced to the game at the age group that the game was ORIGINALLY created for. I may grow older, but that doesn't mean I have to grow up!

I am a stay at home mom, and Neopia is my escape from the real world; and the chaos of it. Think of it as a hobby, like reading a good book.

I've been happily married to my best friend since mid 2002. We are stationed in Florida Alaska New Mexico. I drive a turbo PT Cruiser Turbo Diesel Chevy Crew Cab Pickup that I love. We have two mutts and a bouncing baby boy.

I like to pretend that I am tech savvy, but an only moderately so. I have built one computer, and am in the process of building another 5 years later. I like to code my spaces on the web, whether they are here or elsewhere. I used to fiddle around in Photoshop, but I no longer have the time.

I love country music, and listen to it constantly. I love being able to sing along to the songs, although I am sure some listeners wish I wouldn't. I also go line-dancing every Saturday that I possibly can, and it's much more physically draining than you would think. I like almost any Mario game, and looooooove the Mario Party series. I have played Nintendo since the original came out in the 80's!

Where do your usernames come from? 
I love to cook, so after I was iced the last time I decided to use spices to name my accounts. However all my names (with the exception of chipotleh) have names hidden within from the real world.

What's your name? -- 
On-site I answer to Rose. Is that my real name? No, but I've responded to it in real life XD
You don't need to know what name my Mommy gave me, unless I decide to have more contact with you outside of Neopia.

Can I have your ...  
No, just no. I worked hard for my pets. You should work hard for your own, too. None of my pets are up for trade either!

Wait a minute; YOU'RE AN ADULT! Why do you still play Neopets? 
In case you didn't know; Neopets was originally created by Adam and Donna, and they targeted the site to COLLEGE students. When I first joined the game, that's the age group I fell into. Although the site has changed a lot over the years, there is a large player base that are adults, and many many that are older than me.

Are you a neoMillionaire? 
Most of the time, yes. Does that give you the right to ask for my hard earned items? No. I prefer to gift to people that I think deserve it. And of course my pets are very spoiled; as they should be.

If I neoMail you, will you NeoMail me back? 
Unless you're begging from me, then yes, I most likely will. Please keep in mind, I'm not on all the time. And when I am on, I'm not here "just to chat."

Will you be my NeoFriend? 
I prefer to keep my nf list short and sweet. Full of people I like and chat with often. Please don't be offended if you aren't on that list or in my garden to the left.

Why did you block me?! 
Probably due to a NeoMail that was uncalled for, a really bad/scammer offer on one of my trades, or you begged for something.

Nope. I do not rate. There is no absolute standard, only my personal feelings and opinions, and you'll probably think I'm snobby and picky.

Why did you make so many petpages? 
Because this is how I enjoy my Neopets. I like to lend avatars, collect avatars, talk about myself and my pets. I also like to help people when I can. I learned a lot about html and CSS from doing so over my Neo-Career.

Can you teach me HTML/CSS? 
I'm self-taught in HTML/CSS, and I believe that anyone else can teach themselves, as well. Besides, I am a horrible teacher on-site.

Will you join my Guild? 
No, I'm rather happy with the one I own; it's called Paralyzing, you should check us out!

How many pets and accounts do you have? 
I have the allowed 5 accounts total, with 20 pets. And actually two of my avatar pets are being held by my friend Liz. So I hope TNT actually releases the 5th pet spot as an NC item/loyalty perk soon! And I don't own a lab, just have had some good friends and awesome luck.

I will NOT take anyone else's account. I really don't care if you don't play anymore. Just leave your account there incase you decide to comeback. Or if you're trying to get TNT to freeze me, you're out of luck in that area.
I will not give my account away. Everything you see on my account is something I've worked towards having. You can get it by working on it.
